While the scout oath lays out the guidelines for behavior in a scout  troop, these documents set rules for troop work, activities, etc. Make sure you check these out at some point early in your troop career.

• Inactivity Policy—After a period of three months of zero participation and contact attempts, a scout will be moved to an “unassigned” patrol.
